We’ve just added the functionality to our subscription system that means we’ll be able to offer more rewards for loyal subscribers!
You already get 15% off when you subscribe to your favourite laundry bottles or refills! But now we’ll be able to add things like free samples, limited edition accessories, and store credits for each month you subscribe. The longer you subscribe, the more rewards you’ll get!
When we started the brand, the idea of subscribing to your laundry products so that it was one less thing to think about, made so much sense. But every month, 50% of our orders come from customers who are returning to buy their laundry products and only half of those are subscribers!
So we want to make our subscription offer better for you. We’ve come up with some new reward ideas.

Hi I can’t subscribe I live on my own, and am a pensioner. I only need for 1 wash per week unless I have had visitors, then more bedding and towels need doing but that’s not often. Have you thought about extending subscriptions for this situation. Regards Maureen

Hi! I think free shipping after the 4/5 repeat purchase would be good as I understand some may only subscribe for the free shipping if it was offered straight away and then probably cancel! But after the 4/5 purchase, its most likely they are loyal costumers who will stay on the subscription plan :)

Hi I paid for some items I’ve had no email other than more sales? No confirmation? The funds have been taken but not sure when it’s arriving ?

I’ve tried the samples and gone to order if I’m honest I love the scents can’t decide which is my favourite. I have thought of subscribing but the delivery cost pushes it over the should I shouldn’t I boundary. Also what if I subscribe then decide I want a different scent a few months down is this doable or do I have to cancel one and start another. I love the idea of freebies now and again for loyalty.

How about making a classic room tag or something can hang/put in drawers to keep clothes smelling longer in the scents.
