We’ve just added the functionality to our subscription system that means we’ll be able to offer more rewards for loyal subscribers!

You already get 15% off when you subscribe to your favourite laundry bottles or refills! But now we’ll be able to add things like free samples, limited edition accessories, and store credits for each month you subscribe. The longer you subscribe, the more rewards you’ll get!

When we started the brand, the idea of subscribing to your laundry products so that it was one less thing to think about, made so much sense. But every month, 50% of our orders come from customers who are returning to buy their laundry products and only half of those are subscribers!

So we want to make our subscription offer better for you. We’ve come up with some new reward ideas.

Personally I don’t like subscriptions as I forget about the date I’ve set them up for lol. I like to bulk buy every couple of months when I have the funds to do so and have spent hundreds. So for me, it would be better if once someone had spent a certain amount then they get a reward like free shipping or a further discount, or maybe a surprise thrown in now and again.

Loving the idea of “Subscriber Rewards”🤗I just love subscriptions, as it takes the hassle out of remembering to order and the most important thing…running out of your favourite laundry scent😱😱!!
The thought of ever running out of T+A products fills me with dread…so I have a subscription on every subscribable product, so that I’ll never find myself in that situation😉
I like the thought of “free p+p” for subscription orders and also a discount on “add on products” to an upcoming subscription order.
And if it’s okay, I’d also like to suggest an idea just for investors that have subscriptions…which will allow them to use their “investors code” so they receive their “investors discount” on subscriptions they create – like investors receive on a regular purchase🤔?
Thank you for such an amazing brand and range of products…as a lifetime sufferer of psoriasis, it’s fantastic to be able to use a brand that’s not only kind to my skin and the planet but it has the most sensational fragrances as well💜🫶🏻💜xx

I’ve been a subscriber & signed up on the launch day. I would definitely order more frequently if you offered free shipping.
Also the odd free sample to choose from or laundry bag would be good say for example on your 5th subscription order.
