We had the most incredible product launch ever, the Fabric Cleansing Perfume! š„³ Itās been years in the making, so weāre so happy itās finally ready for you. The launch was amazing, and we put on extra shifts to pick and pack everyoneās orders as fast as we could to make sure you had the best experience possible. š
We shipped everyoneās orders from the launch rapidly! But thenā¦ just a few days later, we started getting these messages š„²
We hate that this was a first experience for some of you guys! Every bottle of Fabric Cleansing Perfume is hand-filled, and the triggers are fitted by hand too. So sometimes, they just werenāt fitted tight enough!Ā
But weāve now added another seal that makes it extra secure for you! An amazing UK company was able to supply these and the machine within a day, so we drove over 400 miles to collect them and ensure each one arrives perfect every time!
Thank you to everyone who ordered and supported the Ā launch! Your the very first people to ever have this product so your early feedback has been incredible. š„°

I just wanted to say how brilliant the sprays actually are. Make your clothes (&home smell amazing) you are one of the few companies to own the issue, resolve it & tell us about it ā that is what makes you different! Keep up the great work, & yes at times there will be bumps in the road but keep doing what you are doing!

I thought it was the Christmas samples that had leaked, but then realised that it was the spray bottles.
I have "date night " sprayed on my pillow, my fleeces, etc. Gorgeous š

Hi, I thought it was just my shipment and replacement. The Evri driver will be pleased. It leaked all over his other deliveries.

I ordered 2 on the launch night. Unfortunately I still donāt have them or the Oud shampoo and conditioner. Mine got as far as the courier and obviously leaked. My other order for Odyssey Shampoo and conditioner also got damaged and Iāve still not had that replacement. Trying to resolve this through Instagram messages is not helping. To top it off my Enigma that should have been added to the replacements sold out š¢
I am your biggest fan. Iām always telling people how good your products are but this has made me feel like giving up trying to resolve the problems.
