We create our products without the harsh chemicals used today, and strip out anything that's unnecessary for a great clean and amazing fragrance. We don't use dyes, phosphates, or phthalates and instead use specially formulated biodegradable chemicals that are planet-friendly, kind to skin and provide awesome cleaning power!🤍🌱

You use the Laundry Shampoo the same as your usual liquid detergent, it goes into the drawer of your washing machine with two lines. The Laundry Conditioner is the same as fabric softener and goes into the draw with the flower symbol. 🌸

To use the High Maintenance powder, there are 3 different ways you can use it! Please see below instructions:

WASH - Add with your Laundry Shampoo in the detergent drawer. x1 scoop (30g) for tough dried stains. For normal stains, use half a scoop.

PRE-TREAT - Mix 1/4 scoop of powder with 3/4 of water. Apply mix on the stain and rub stain as needed, then wash as usual.

SOAK - Add 1 scoop to 4L water. Soak for 6 hrs max for whites, and 1 hr max for colours. Then wash as usual.

Approximately £0.27 per wash load!

You get 24 planet friendly washes per bottle! 😊

Yes, as our detergents are non-bio, they’re much safer to be used on fabrics like silk and wool as they don’t contain the enzymes which would damage these fabrics. We would just recommend washing on a cooler temperature!

The bottles aren’t ‘full’ because the filling machine is super high pressure and it can bubble up when it’s being filled. So there’s a gap at the top, to stop leakage and make the manufacturing process smoother! They are filled to the correct amount (700ml / 24 washes) but the bottle is 1L.

This is standard procedure for most products that foam up, the bottle will be slightly bigger than the amount of product that’s supposed to be in there.✨🧺

Absolutely, we would just recommend a double dose for the best results 🙌

It's a tricky one with Refill Pouches as it has been hard to find a supplier to create recyclable pouches that can hold our Laundry Shampoo or Conditioner. For the time being, we have chosen pouches that consume much less energy and power than the Bottles and take up much less room, so carbon emissions are lower!

Yes, our formulas don’t contain the thickening agent or toxic chemicals that many other brands use, so they are safe to be used with septic tanks.

Our Laundry Conditioners don't contain PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) which is a silicone oil that coats fabrics and is commonly used in Conditioners. Because it's an oil it repels water and makes towels less absorbent. Also make sure you are using just 1-2 caps of the Laundry Conditioner to make sure all of the liquid goes into the wash load and doesn't stick in the tray.
