Ora che voi ragazzi avete avuto la possibilità di utilizzare i nostri prodotti e che sono diventati parte della vostra vita quotidiana, pensiamo che il prossimo passo sia aggiornare il nostro servizio di abbonamento per adattarlo al vostro stile di vita! Come sempre, ci piace avere il contributo dei tuoi ragazzi per ogni fase del viaggio, quindi sarebbe fantastico ricevere il tuo feedback sulle prime fasi di realizzazione di questo progetto.
Abbiamo creato un esempio di come potrebbe apparire il nostro web design per l'abbonamento, cercando di renderlo semplice con 3 semplici passaggi! Pensi che ci sia qualcosa che potrebbe essere aggiunto per semplificarti questo processo o migliorare l'esperienza?
Abbiamo anche avuto alcune riflessioni iniziali su quali vantaggi potremmo offrire ai nostri abbonati, ce n'è qualcuno di cui voi ragazzi amate il suono!?

I love the idea of the larger refills would also love the idea of a combined shampoo and conditioner too would also waste less packaging if possible. Always good to get a freebie or a discount 😊

I love the product – Oud is my favourite, it smells Devine. However, I have mine delivered every two weeks and due to “supply issues” my product wasn’t posted out for 8 days after payment, with no contact to explain the issue. One thing that drives me mad is poor customer service – I think if you fix that, send refills rather than bottles and offer incentives as well as continuing to produce a good product, you’re on to a winner.

It would be handy instead of every four weeks you could maybe choose a date monthly that payment comes out.

I love this product but I do find the fragrance I like sells out even on subscription I feel subscribed should have priority. Applying for discount code never seems to be the right time also changing your subscription is a nightmare if doing it on your phone I found the only way to change was to do it on 2 devices crazy. Yes to bonuses when your a subscriber. Free samples and birthday gifts

Subscription services are great but would this be sustainable? Would new bottles be sent every month or a bottle sent once and then refills every month? If you get a new bottle every month is it fully recyclable and what about the packaging? I only agree to a subscription service if there are real benefits to the environment and I don’t mind paying more for the privilege either.
