The last two weeks have been an absolute roller coasterā¦ š
We had the most incredible product launch ever, the Fabric Cleansing Perfume! š„³ Itās been years in the making, so weāre so happy itās finally ready for you. The launch was amazing, and we put on extra shifts to pick and pack everyoneās orders as fast as we could to make sure you had the best experience possible. š
We shipped everyoneās orders from the launch rapidly! But thenā¦ just a few days later, we started getting these messages š„²
We hate that this was a first experience for some of you guys! Every bottle of Fabric Cleansing Perfume is hand-filled, and the triggers are fitted by hand too. So sometimes, they just werenāt fitted tight enough!Ā
But weāve now added another seal that makes it extra secure for you! An amazing UK company was able to supply these and the machine within a day, so we drove over 400 miles to collect them and ensure each one arrives perfect every time!
Thank you to everyone who ordered and supported the Ā launch! Your the very first people to ever have this product so your early feedback has been incredible. š„°

Had the same problem, the foIl seal had not done its job, HOWEVER, I was made to feel like (i was trying to blag a free bottle) Was I sure it happened in transit? How much Liquid did i lose (when it had seeped into the cardboardš¤·āāļø? plus a couple more little comments that kinda left a bad tasteā¦ā¦Whilst loving the Fabric Spray I feel yous have compromised the scent in your Shampoos & Conditioners, shame really as your product was the best out there but i feel like all the Big Names out, yous offer customers 1 thing and itās great for a while, then that once great smell starts to get weaker and weaker and this is letting yous down IMO, Please give us those great powerful smells back that helps us all out re our laundry blues.

Am I the only one having issues with the new āpourersā on the shampoo and conditioner bottles? ā the liquid is coming out of more than the spout (itās leaking around the sides as well)

I love your products and I have placed several orders. I love the concept and would like to support, however, have you become a victim of your own success?. Your emails and messages are too slow in being answered, sometimes not at all. You need either a webchat for immediate response to problems or a telephone number. A company is measured on their response to problems.

I know how you are striving to be as eco-friendly as possible with regards to refills and recycling; so as a suggestion for when further orders of FCP are placed maybe the option of ordering the coordinating spray mechanism could be separate? This way it would be more eco friendly to reuse the existing spray āgunā.
Also are you looking to create FCP refills like you do for the shampoo and conditioner?
One last thing; I know you have done so well to resolve the leak issue on the FCP bottles but my next order with the new seal still leaked (have raised this with customer service so not a complaint) is there any way this could be completely resolved, as it is disappointing? Many thanks, you have improved life and laundry. The Duvet Day FCP scent is still going strong on my pillows 3 weeks later! Soooo obsessed š
