You already get 15% off when you subscribe to your favourite laundry bottles or refills! But now we’ll be able to add things like free samples, limited edition accessories, and store credits for each month you subscribe. The longer you subscribe, the more rewards you’ll get!
When we started the brand, the idea of subscribing to your laundry products so that it was one less thing to think about, made so much sense. But every month, 50% of our orders come from customers who are returning to buy their laundry products and only half of those are subscribers!
So we want to make our subscription offer better for you. We’ve come up with some new reward ideas.

I am planning to order more, but I would much prefer to bulk buy, ie, 5 litre bottles.
I find that I use at least a third more conditioner than soap, so none of your offer options would make sense as they are 50/50 split. Also, the price difference between bottles and refills is not really that much.
About 4 years ago, I approached the CEO of an extremely prestigious perfume company ( a friend of a friend) with the idea to make very high-end laundry products and he shrugged off the idea ( foolish) – I doubt he has personally done any laundry for many years!
Your business is booming and you really deserve your success.
I hope you will be able to accommodate customer’s requirements to retain their business, especially if it means less waste and better value.
I would absolutely love a citrusy, eau-de-cologne type of scent. Please make one!

I would love to subscribe I did before but had to cancel because I am paid at different times and sometimes no funds when subscription comes out so now I have to buy when I get paid. Would love to be a part of the freebies too
