We’ve just added the functionality to our subscription system that means we’ll be able to offer more rewards for loyal subscribers!

You already get 15% off when you subscribe to your favourite laundry bottles or refills! But now we’ll be able to add things like free samples, limited edition accessories, and store credits for each month you subscribe. The longer you subscribe, the more rewards you’ll get!

When we started the brand, the idea of subscribing to your laundry products so that it was one less thing to think about, made so much sense. But every month, 50% of our orders come from customers who are returning to buy their laundry products and only half of those are subscribers!

So we want to make our subscription offer better for you. We’ve come up with some new reward ideas.

I’ve been subscribing since January. I have had 12 orders and never received anything extra 😒 not a sample or anything 😒 I often thought i would get a free sample of the new scents you have released in that time, but sadly not. I am a huge fan of your products, and i will remain a liyal subscriber for now as i appreciate you don’t actually have to reward loyal customers it is just nice to feel appreciated when you have been a loyal customer and you often mention FREE samples etc i comment and contribute to blogs and questions, often you have stated people commenting will get free things for their help but I have never had anything for my loyalty and it does make me feel a bit URGH, when I expect a reward in my parcle but never get one. Am I doing something wrong as to why I don’t receive the samples??

Hi I’m a mystery subscriber and I’ve never had any freebies as yet so giving them on specific orders ie 3rd 5th etc is a good idea. Also when I run out of a fragrance I really like (date night is my favourite so far!) that came in the mystery I’m put off replacing it with a refill as they are the same price as buying a bottle! But I don’t want to buy more bottles as it feels so wasteful and not very environmentally friendly…. Which was the main reason I started using tallow &ash! I like that I’m trying to do my bit!!

The main reasons I don’t use the subscription service is the shipping charge and the fact that I can’t use my investor discount code. So I order enough to get free shipping and then use my discount code as well! The cost per bottle works out a out the same but I don’t have to order quite as many as the bulk buy. If you want investors to subscribe you need to allow their discounts to be used. Doesn’t seem much point having an investor code most of the time as you can’t use it on existing discounts.
