Tallow+Ash Goals for 2025
2024 was just the beginning. We are only getting started. There’s been so much learned in just 12 months. In 2025, we take all those learnings you’ve shared with us, and all our future visions, to continue building a business that changes an entire industry! At the core of this is our commitment to deliver above and beyond for the people who use our products.
First on our list is world-class customer service. We want to serve the people who use our products better than anyone else can. This covers everything from being constantly stocked, rapid responses, flawless product experiences, rewards for shopping with us, and VIP support, all at prices you feel great about!
We are striving to provide you with more value than you could ever expect. We will continue to create new ways to get you even more involved in the business, whether it’s launching the biggest sampling phase in history or allowing you to invest in the business and become an owner alongside me and my co-founders!
We plan to develop new products, enhance our current products, open up retail stores, and give you more ways to enjoy and experience Tallow + Ash. This sounds like a lot, and it is. But, with the passion, energy, and experience we have in our team—combined with your support and constant feedback—there’s no doubt in our minds that we won’t achieve it all together. Take a look at the list above, and by the end of 2025, we’ll be ticking them off.

I have just ordered the samples to see if they are as good as people are saying 😂After purchase I was given the option to add two full size bottles at £4.99 each (if I added them to my order within a couple of minutes)Great, but, I don’t know if I like them yet-surely a better option would be to email customer 2/3 weeks after they have received the samples to try, giving them this option then?

My tumble dryer instructions say not to use fabric conditioner so it would be good if the laundry liquid and conditioner could be bought separately!

Being able to return the refill pouches so they can be reused would be a great addition to help sustainability and reduce the amount of plastic waste

Only a minor thing. Would it be possible to print shampoo / conditioner on one of the sides of the bottles as that is how I store my products in the cupboard.

Would love the ironing water suggested by Pru and the samples of the limited editions as suggested by Donna!
Would also love T&A house cleaning products, like a multi purpose spray and bathroom cleaner, that would be heaven 🤩
