Hey guys, it’s Ciara! I wanted to give you a really exciting update on our new lid design. A couple months ago, we posted a video letting you guys know that we heard your struggles with our current bottle lid, and were going to redesign it for you. Watch it here.
The main thing is the pull-tabs. They make sure your products don’t leak in transit, but they’re a little too secure...
As well as the pull-tabs being hard to open, the production team has to push in every single spout by hand! So it’s slowing down the speed we can get your orders out. As much as we love hearing your creativity and funny stories, we’re getting this changed for you ASAP.
So, we’ve got two new prototypes for you to look at. No pull tabs, and super secure with no dripping. Check out the video below and let us know which one you like!

The issue with all of these bottles is that the position of the pouring hole and the bottle being rectangular, means precious detergent and conditioner gets trapped. Please could that be looked in to! The refills are much easier to use given where their spout is!!

So pleased to hear that you are changing the lids. Thank you for taking on board our comments. I worked out a spoon handle technique to open and did get some liquid ping up in my eye once as tab so violent! Eek! I prefer the first one you show. It looks more like original as dispenser lid looks deeper for measuring the dose. Can’t wait! Thank you ♥
