Hey guys, it’s Ciara! I wanted to give you a really exciting update on our new lid design. A couple months ago, we posted a video letting you guys know that we heard your struggles with our current bottle lid, and were going to redesign it for you. Watch it here.
The main thing is the pull-tabs. They make sure your products don’t leak in transit, but they’re a little too secure...
As well as the pull-tabs being hard to open, the production team has to push in every single spout by hand! So it’s slowing down the speed we can get your orders out. As much as we love hearing your creativity and funny stories, we’re getting this changed for you ASAP.
So, we’ve got two new prototypes for you to look at. No pull tabs, and super secure with no dripping. Check out the video below and let us know which one you like!

I like the new bottle on the left in the video with a completely different lid , esthetic is more pleasing also . Thank you for changing that xx

The first one looks easier as its taller. I have dexterity problems and the second lid is being smaller would be difficult for me to hold. I hope you go for the first one ☺️

I think that the first prototype will solve the issues we have at the moment, perfectly. Also, it might be more difficult to direct the solution in to the fabric conditioner compartment with the second prototype.

Love the one on the right as it is in line with the current company design. Feels more stylish as well.
