They changed the conditioner scent
This has been an ongoing issue with this specific fragrance and it has upset me no end. I ordered IOTC when it was first released with the birthday bundle and the smell was utterly divine, it was strong and smelled exactly like the kayali fragrance it was mimicking. I got complements on my perfume when I wasn't wearing any it was just my clothes and I was so excited that I had found such a beautiful detergent but they said it was limited edition so I remember begging with others online to keep it permanent and they listened and I was relieved but then I ordered my second set and it had completely changed. The shampoo smelt the same more or less but weaker and more watery but I could accept it but the conditioner was all kinds of wrong. The consistency was now water, not thick at all. The colour went from a beautiful caramel colour to being pure white and the smell was literally NOT icing on the cake at all. Idk what it even was it didn't smell like any of the others in the line. I contacted customer services and every time they have been very helpful and lovely so that was no issue and they ended up resending me the conditioner but it was the same again. This happened another 3 times and I felt so bad I offered to send the bottles back so they could smell what I mean but I realised I paid for a product that wasn't right. I don't know what happened to IOTC it genuinely makes me sad because that first batch was perfection. 2 stars for the original scent and the lovely customer service team but that's all I can give it because the rest is just so so wrong and the fragrance is also weaker now too so my clothes come out smelling like nothing has even been out on them.

I bought two scents and this is just as described, it’s sweet but not sickly and makes my washing smell lovely, the bottles are stunning and look great in my utility! I recommend!
Smells amazing!
I adore the vanillary, sweet scent of this. I’ve used a few of the other samples but bought bottles of icing on the cake and it hasn’t disappointed, were a family of five so I do large loads so need two capfuls in each wash but it makes our clothes clean and smells amazing and I continue to get wafts throughout the day when wearing clothes washed in it. I don’t think it’s as strong as some other brands (and I do like a strong scent) but it’s strong enough to enjoy and I like the fact they’re kinder to skin, the bottles look great and I like having matching shampoo and conditioner scent. Very happy, I’m hooked and want to keep trying more different scents now.

Doesn’t smell as written
I have ordered 4 bottles of these products hoping it will smell good. Well in bottle it smells fantastic but unfortunately that’s all. The smell doesn’t stay at clothes at all. Won’t order this again.
Icing on the Cake Shampoo and Conditioner
I have tried most of the scents, I love the shampoo and conditioner, it’s a great product. I knew I would love the Icing on the Cake scent as vanilla is my favourite scent of all time. I have just used for the first time and I am not disappointed. I shall be buying this one again.
Another favourite
This is exactly as it claims to smell. We both love this scent but don’t find it lasts too long. Again as will all T&A laundry products, they leave our clothes feeling softer than regular laundry detergent. I love washing with different scents each time. Laundry has become a joy to do. Love T&A!
