Now you guys have had a chance to use our products and they’ve become a part of your every day life, we think the next step is to upgrade our subscription service to make it fit in with your lifestyle! As always we love to have your guys input for every step of the journey, so would be great to get your feedback on the early stages of building this out.
We’ve created an example of how our web design might look for the subscription, trying to make it simple with 3 easy steps! Do you think there’s anything that could be added to make this process easier for you or elevate the experience?
We’ve also had some initial thoughts on what benefits we could offer to our subscribers, are there any of these which you guys love the sound of!?

Free delivery is an expectation around subscriptions

I love the website design for the subscriptions because it makes choosing which scent to have easy and it is really easy to navigate the part where you choose how long you want between deliveries.

I like the ease of the subscription. Overall great. Here’s a few things I wasn’t sure about:
when you choose your schedule – it asks how often you wash but then the options are about delivery frequency. The list doesn’t seem to match the question why do the possible freebies need to be female based i.e hair scrunchies are mostly for women and you shouldn’t assume your customers are all women or have a female in your household. Can the freebies be gender neutral please so useful to all of usThanks
