Now you guys have had a chance to use our products and they’ve become a part of your every day life, we think the next step is to upgrade our subscription service to make it fit in with your lifestyle! As always we love to have your guys input for every step of the journey, so would be great to get your feedback on the early stages of building this out.
We’ve created an example of how our web design might look for the subscription, trying to make it simple with 3 easy steps! Do you think there’s anything that could be added to make this process easier for you or elevate the experience?
We’ve also had some initial thoughts on what benefits we could offer to our subscribers, are there any of these which you guys love the sound of!?

I love the ease of the site, I love your products and refills. I like the idea of free sachets to try alternative scents. I like a freebie birthday gift, I like intro of new scents sent for us to test. I like the subscription tiers, I was worried because I live alone so don’t use as much as a house of 4. Benefits: double points on one off purchases, freebie on birthday, first to try new perfumes or products, discounted postage?
