This can be anything from buying you lunch, to giving you your order on the house. The whole aim is to help make your day as happy as it can be.
The people who use our products are the most important to us. So we are constantly thinking up new ways to make you guys happy, and give you better and better service.
So today Niamh, our CS Manager, bought someone a gift card from Beauty Bay so they can treat themselves!
And Maisie, bought someone lunch, with a £20 deliveroo gift card, as a thank you for doing the laundry with us.
Hopefully these people like their gifts, and we’ll be doing this every day as an official business policy to ensure that we are going to be giving the best, most amazing, customer experience as we continue to grow the brand!

Spontaneous Refunds or Double Orders to your most loyal members.
I must admit I have not personally had the best experience with Tallow & Ash…(nearly blinded myself due to the way the ring pull was designed causing the product to go into my eyes 😅, only half my shipment was delivered…faults etc on first order…) HOWEVER, I love what they stand for and learning that they are a new company that are so client focused inspires me.
I think opportunities such as ‘spa days’, ‘Spotaneous refunds’ or even an ‘accidental (planned) double shipment’ for their most loyal customers with a ‘thank you for supporting us message in the box, would speak volumes to how much they appreciate the support from their loyal customers – without breaking the bank due to its sporadic/random nature.
Discount codes would be another potential option, but I feel too many companies currently do this with their products and it isn’t as authentic to the consumer.
Regardless of my experience,
It’s lovely to see a company so dedicated to their consumers. 💜

I’ve been suffering from hypigmentation sp for me would be a session with a skin expert or a sports massage. Amazing idea for an already great product.

It would make my day to have my mums garden tidied up for her.. since we lost Dad to cancer it’s never been the same. But she also really loves cake so cuppa and a cake in Greggs would be just as smile inducing.

I’d absolutely love a beauty bay gift card or months supply of your products. I’d honestly be so grateful, sometimes as a mum I lack little treats for myself so this would make me very happy, this is such a lovely and unique gesture from the company x
