Love it, I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and get mounted or bottom north south all the time and I’m constantly told that I smell amazing!

The products smell beautiful but although I don’t get many stains on clothes I have found that they aren’t really removed if I do get any. I’m so sorry to have to say, but your customer service really needs an upgrade! Your transparency and honesty was what we loved about you and what set you apart from the rest but just lately I think you just bury your head in the sand and ignore problems. You need someone to tackle back orders and keep customers informed every step of the way, with an adult apology, not a customer service that sounds like you’ve hired schoolchildren to deal with problems. Sorry, the cutesy, silly sounding emails are not for me. I do absolutely love your products though and I’m just being honest because that’s what you asked for.

I’m i love with Candy Beach and was so devastated when i received the email that it’s going to say bye bye to us and have stocked up on it. and i have of course we’re one of the lucky ones that was able to avail the Icing on the cake and stain remover combo. at first i thought the smell was overpowering but it lingers on the clothes so well and now i know what’s going to be my subscription next. i haven’t tried the stain remover but i’m pretty sure it’s not going to be a disappointment. my other faves is the Date Night.
as with regards to customer service, you guys do answer my queries and i totally love that.
keep up the good work and wishing your company more birthdays to come

The products took a while to arrive. So far the results with the wash have been fine although I am surprised that the scent has not come out more. I am pleased to support anything which helps the environment.
Unfortunately all of my order did not arrive and I am still waiting to hear back from the email I sent to customer services… so you could work on your customer services as an improvement.

My wife’s first order never arrived,we asked for it to be re-ordered,that took a while but eventually arrived. So considering we are new customers,it wasn’t a great start.
