Tallow+Ash Goals for 2025
2024 was just the beginning. We are only getting started. There’s been so much learned in just 12 months. In 2025, we take all those learnings you’ve shared with us, and all our future visions, to continue building a business that changes an entire industry! At the core of this is our commitment to deliver above and beyond for the people who use our products.
First on our list is world-class customer service. We want to serve the people who use our products better than anyone else can. This covers everything from being constantly stocked, rapid responses, flawless product experiences, rewards for shopping with us, and VIP support, all at prices you feel great about!
We are striving to provide you with more value than you could ever expect. We will continue to create new ways to get you even more involved in the business, whether it’s launching the biggest sampling phase in history or allowing you to invest in the business and become an owner alongside me and my co-founders!
We plan to develop new products, enhance our current products, open up retail stores, and give you more ways to enjoy and experience Tallow + Ash. This sounds like a lot, and it is. But, with the passion, energy, and experience we have in our team—combined with your support and constant feedback—there’s no doubt in our minds that we won’t achieve it all together. Take a look at the list above, and by the end of 2025, we’ll be ticking them off.

Absolutely love T&A and your products. Please add some dryer sheets to your range so we don’t lose the s ent during the drying cycle! The only fragrance that remains during drying appears to be Oud. Thank you!

I would have liked to continue ordering from you, but since the middle of the year this is no longer possible as I live in France.
Please look for a shipping service provider that delivers to Europe!!!!
In the meantime, you’re already shipping to the USA, so Europe won’t be so difficult

I love your brand but find myself always waiting a long time to receive it because your current courier Evri is awful, why not give your customers a choice at the checkout stage of two or three shipping options I know I would pay a bit more for the piece of mind that my order was going to turn up on time and I wouldn’t have to be constantly chasing my orders.

I love your products but your packaging waste really needs to be looked at. The Christmas samples I ordered came in a ridiculous amount of plastic that in these times really should be sent in something more sustainable. I have so many of your plastic bottles too. I hate having so much plastic and it puts me off buying more scents. I feel like there is a smarter way to do it.
