Now you guys have had a chance to use our products and they’ve become a part of your every day life, we think the next step is to upgrade our subscription service to make it fit in with your lifestyle! As always we love to have your guys input for every step of the journey, so would be great to get your feedback on the early stages of building this out.
We’ve created an example of how our web design might look for the subscription, trying to make it simple with 3 easy steps! Do you think there’s anything that could be added to make this process easier for you or elevate the experience?
We’ve also had some initial thoughts on what benefits we could offer to our subscribers, are there any of these which you guys love the sound of!?

Your mock up page for subscriptions looks perfect to me. I like the idea of a birthday freebie. Once again, I’m amazed at how generous you intend to be with gifts especially given the post and packing involved.

These look brilliant. Will there be an option to delay or increase the frequency of your subscription? Sometimes I’d move my subscriptions on for companies like Amazon, if we haven’t used as much hair conditioner that month for example. It would be good if the frequency could be moveable. Thanks!
