What do you guys think of this Refill Pouch recycle system!? ♻️
When we showed you our refill pouch concept back in August, we had this great comment from Stacey Smith suggesting a system where the empty pouches could be sent back to us to be refilled and reused!
We absolutely loved this idea, as keeping Tallow + Ash as planet-friendly as possible is super important to us. Our initial thoughts are to create a system where once you’ve used 6 refill pouches or more, you can package them up and send them back to our warehouse so they can be reused or recycled correctly. And then as a thank you from us to you, we’ll gift you a free Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner set of your choice!
We want to make this process as easy as possible for you so we’re looking at getting some pre-paid return labels sorted before we get this system up and running but would love to hear your feedback first!
Thank you as always for being a part of developing this brand with us! 💜

Excellent initiative here. Really
Hope this gets moving fast to reduce waste! As an investor this is the kind of thing I hope to see with a new product I’m on board with and paving the way for others to follow is vital. There are many other sustainable brands in the cleaning industry offering this service for their products already, it would be good to keep on par and see this brand rise as one of the better for the planet whist offering such great products that actually do the job too.

I am eagly awaiting for more news on this . Also to save the waste on the bottle I plan on reusing it with other scented refills . A generic bottle without the fragrance written on it would be amazing and I think would save so many bottles too

I am really disappointed with the brand, they call pouches ‘planet friendly’ but they are not recyclable – they even use the recycling symbol on the web page too. Just be honest and less ‘green washing’ please.
I don’t understand this post either as they are either recyclable or they are not? But you seem reluctant to share the material they are made from. I also doubt very much you could re-use unless you are able to wash and clean between and remove printed batch number from the packaging!!

Why have you gone quiet on the recycling? I’m put off buying any more as the planet friendly claim doesn’t seen to be a reality. What do I do with my pouches?
Jess
Hello, can pouches be recycled yet?
