Tallow+Ash Goals for 2025

2024 was just the beginning. We are only getting started. There’s been so much learned in just 12 months. In 2025, we take all those learnings you’ve shared with us, and all our future visions, to continue building a business that changes an entire industry! At the core of this is our commitment to deliver above and beyond for the people who use our products.

First on our list is world-class customer service. We want to serve the people who use our products better than anyone else can. This covers everything from being constantly stocked, rapid responses, flawless product experiences, rewards for shopping with us, and VIP support, all at prices you feel great about!

We are striving to provide you with more value than you could ever expect. We will continue to create new ways to get you even more involved in the business, whether it’s launching the biggest sampling phase in history or allowing you to invest in the business and become an owner alongside me and my co-founders!

We plan to develop new products, enhance our current products, open up retail stores, and give you more ways to enjoy and experience Tallow + Ash. This sounds like a lot, and it is. But, with the passion, energy, and experience we have in our team—combined with your support and constant feedback—there’s no doubt in our minds that we won’t achieve it all together. Take a look at the list above, and by the end of 2025, we’ll be ticking them off.

I see a lot of people complaining about Evri. I have had nothing but good experiences with them so I guess they work well in this area. If you were to change delivery partners, I hope Evri would remain as an option because I cannot bare having to deal with the likes of DPD.

Secondly, fragrance needs to be stronger! You have done an amazing job with the likes of Duvet Day and Icing on the cake, these smells linger for ages! But Aurora and Oud just lose pretty much all scent after a tumble dry which is so sad as I love both of those!

I have only just placed my first order this afternoon and I am so excited to receive my goodies. The scent of my freshly washed laundry has always been really important to me and I’m really hoping that when my new shampoo and conditioner arrives my washing will smell amazing x

I love everything Tallow & Ash however I have to agree I find that the shipping takes too long, I think 48hrs would be good to wait but it takes a full week to receive so it is difficult when you do run out I know there are subscriptions but that does not help me as I don’t get money at the same time

I have to agree with the previous comments regarding Evri. As one person suggested, a choice of delivery company would be appreciated. My experiences with Evri have been diabolical. They are impossible to get hold of and consistently mis or fail to deliver.

Waiting dispatch all week . I needed them in two days. So what is the point to buy online if I have to wait without washing the clothes? I wouldn’t buy if I knew.
